Men's Soccer Match

In partnership with the Toledo Area Soccer Association (TASA), US Together Toledo’s ESL Program Coordinator, Bashar, joined by six refugee clients of the Toledo office, played in a friendly match of soccer. TASA hosts friendly drop-in matches every Wednesday and Sunday and the group of men have expressed interest in playing again soon. There are also plans to expand the men’s activities beyond soccer to include activities like museum visits, river boat cruises, and picnics in local Metroparks.
