Nadiia Yendrys is a refugee from Ukraine. She came to the United States in the spring of 2019 with her husband and three kids. She started baking when she was only 7 years old!

In Ukraine, Nadiia worked as a bank manager for many years and could not pursue her true passion of baking. Here in the United States she has met great people who have helped her to start her small business and realize her dream. Her home bakery has the name "From Scratch" because everything including the cake batter, frosting, and decor is made from scratch by Nadiia at home.

Nadiia shares, “I think baking helped me to adapt to a new and unknown culture. Also thanks to my passion, I found new friends and people who inspire me to become a better baker.” If you would like to purchase sweets from Nadiia's full menu, she can be reached on Instagram, Facebook, or by email at nadiya.yendrys@gmail.com. Please note, Nadia is out of the country for family business until January 8th and will be taking new orders upon her return! Thank you for your understanding and patience.

If you are inspired to support From Scratch Cleveland, US Together, and the 13 other businesses featured in our coupon book, you can donate to our cause this holiday season and receive your very own book at this link! Your donation will directly help us continue serving the Cleveland refugee community during these uncertain times. We truly appreciate your support.
